Now that I have you thinking about your health and the goals that you will reach in 2015, I want to give you a few tips to help you along.

When it comes to improving any area of our lives, the focus should be in changing our thought patterns. Create new thougth paths that benefit you and replace old thoughts in order to change old behaviours.
For weight loss:
Changing the way we look at food can go a long way! We should ask ourselves why do we eat? Is it to satisfy hunger and cravings?...or is there a greater purpose for eating?

Life is filled with opportunities and rewards that are attained through change. Many of us hold on to old habits and thought patterns that are obsolete in our lives. In life, change is inevitable, since we can't remain caterpillars forever.
